Thumbnail Title Description

Kitty Hawk Visits

The Kitty Hawk is so massive, it takes up the entire Woolloomooloo navel port. The usual ships docked here were anchored in the harbour not too far away. There were two additional U.S. battleships also standing guard in the harbour., 7/4/2007

Air Show

Prior to entering into Sydney Harbour, the crew put on an air show, flying jets over the Northern Heads., 7/4/2007

Sailing by

Many people were checking out the Kitty Hawk on the weekend and what better perspective than from the water. There was a continuous flow of sailboats circling Woolloomooloo., 7/4/2007

Signage

Working aboard the Kitty Hawk looks dangerous, 7/4/2007

Standing Guard

Two guards who are probably eagerly waiting their turn for leave and to hit the streets of Kings Cross., 7/4/2007
